The big guns are coming out.

Serious Adverse Events of Special Interest Following mRNA Vaccination in Randomized Trials by Joseph Fraiman, Juan Erviti, Mark Jones, Sander Greenland, Patrick Whelan, Robert M. Kaplan, Peter Doshi :: SSRN

The fourth person writing the study is the author of several epidemiological textbooks. That isn't proof positive that his analysis here is right, but it is noteworthy.

In 6-3 ruling, court strikes down New York’s concealed-carry law

The Supreme Court on Thursday struck down a New York handgun-licensing law that required New Yorkers who want to carry a handgun in public to show a special need to defend themselves.

beat me to it. Nice to see our side win something now and again. And: Nice to see a supreme court that actually respects the constitution.

Court decision written by Thomas.

As always, it is readable, and includes historical context.

What a National Treasure is Clarence Thomas.

In his dissent, Justice Stephen Breyer wrote: 'Many states have tried to address some of the dangers of gun violence… by passing laws that limit, in various ways, who may purchase, carry, or use firearms of different kinds. The Court today severely burdens States’ efforts to do so.'”

Just like the 13th amendment seriously “burdened” States’ efforts to run a profitable slavery business…

So many things wrong with those two sentences from Breyer.

Restricting law abiding citizens rights doesn't address so called "gun violence".

The use of "gun violence" indicates Breyer is straying from Law to Politics, as the phrase is a political catch phrase.

The States must have a heavy Burden of Proof when restricting the rights of The People.

Breyer ignores that fundamental concept of The Constitution.

Haven't been able to close on my house because of a tree limb issue.  Trees have more rights than property owners it seems.

However, in the last half hour I got a second stay of execution since the seller agreed to extend due diligence another week. Though she waited until the very last second - the signed termination is still on the table and goes into effect if I haven't had confirmation of the purchase of my place by next Thursday.

This is driving my crazy.  We've gone from planning to close on both properties to not being able to close to maybe being able to close about four times in the last 48 hours.
