That sounds awful, and I'm glad he's starting to recover. Of course, a certain vaccine causes all sorts of heart issues but can't be allowed to be mentioned in polite circles.

I rather doubt it will happen. The emergency declarations have given them all sorts of power that they won't want to put down.
