Um....
SEOUL — North Korea floated about 260 balloons laden with trash and other waste over the border toward South Korea, Seoul’s military said Wednesday, as a direct reaction against anti-Pyongyang leaflets coming from the South.
The balloons began landing on Tuesday night. The South’s Joint Chiefs of Staff sent out notifications to residents warning them not to make contact with the balloons and report them to the police or military.
Some of the balloons reached as far as the southeastern part of the country, according to the JCS. |

Apparently this was in "retaliation" for South Korea (I don't know if it was the government, or private groups) sending balloons north containing leaflets and flash drives filled with messages and... K-Pop). Hell, if someone inflicted K-Pop on me, I might throw a bag of poop at 'em, too.

From what I gather and understand the instructions were something like.... Did Trump do xyz, which is not a crime, in order to hide another event, also not a crime, from the public. If he did these two non-crimes the he committed the Federal Crime of election interference. Okay... using Merchan logic.... would hiding any information about any candidate then be a crime.
