Another round of crisis with Munchette. She's back in involuntary commitment, which is not the best, but about the only place for her right now. Which is one vicious cycle, she's in a state where commitment only exacerbates the issue, but she in a state where it's the only thing available.

Mental health diagnosis are like trying to nail jello to the wall. The diagnosis is key to getting the correct services, but getting the correct service is the key to a correct diagnosis. Another vicious cycle.

Getting everyone on the same page is another logistical headache, communication between all the various providers needs constant attention. They are busy, I understand, but my wife and I are consistently checking in to make sure so and so told so and so various updates.

I like I told one provider 20 years on the fire department provides some perspective... a bad day is your house burning down with you kids inside. I've seen that. My kids is alive and getting care.

So... how is everyone else doing?

Good morning. Another latish work day. Been busy getting the front office sorted out and books back on our new bookshelves. Which leads to a whole new problem. We now have empty space to fill....

The Squire is doing better. Potty training is finally kicking in. Still miles to go, but he's using the toilet more and more when he needs to. The loving and lovely Fiancee(for one more day), is taking him out trick or treating tonight. Forecasts of cold wet rain, and possible flurries notwithstanding.
