I've gotten two "potential spam" calls today, allegedly from the District of Columbia, which I did not answer.  

I wonder if they are the same kind of call.  It would not surprise me.

Oh, I once got a spam call from (putatively) my own phone number.  (I didn't answer it.)

Did it start "This message is for you!"?

I got three of those in one day. The social security website has a place you can report those calls.
