And to the campaigns of anti-crime politicians in NY.

Funny, for an "anti-fascist" group, antifa acts a lot like brownshirts.

The town of Brookline, MA voted to ban oil and gas heat in new construction and major renovations. This will increase their CO2 emissions, as most of the power in NE comes from gas and other fossil fuel plants, and converting gas to electricity is at best 45% efficient, while gas heating systems are 89%-98% efficient.

They'd have to get most of their power from non-fossil-fuel sources, but 70%-84% comes from fossil fuels. And if the 70% figure is correct, another 19% comes from nuclear. I guess Brookline should get a nuclear power plant.

That's funny.

It should be tried larger scale.

Oh, I'm sorry there is no gas and diesel available to bring goods to market or run transit.

Yes, and students will have to walk from their homes to college. No cars or buses. And NO flying!

Well, no.  Let's not.  Let's just take back our institutions, clobber these lunatics at the ballot box and drive them into the political and cultural wilderness.

The rest of us can continue as normal.

A few years ago, there was a 3 or so part series, I, Caveman, in which a group of modern people tried to live as cavemen.

They found it was a LOT harder than they thought, even though experts had already made them housing, clothing, tools, and weapons for hunting.

One person got thrown out because she wouldn't do enough work
