Reminds me  of how I  saw a Swiss Army Knife in a  catalog advertised has having a 5 MW laser.  I  wondered how they fit the 5 MEGAWATT power plant in  the kinfe.

Of course, it was a  5 mW laser (milliwatt) 

5 MW = 5*10^6 watts.  5 mw = 5*10^-3 watts, or nine orders of  magnitude difference.
