It shows in the latest threads for a few days, but ONLY if you are logged in. If not, it does not appear. I checked.

The reason is the latest threads only filters based on date, not forum. However, it does filter only threads visible currently, so since Frontier threads are private, you need to be logged in as a full member, not just guest.
