If anybody knows how I can recover my Wordpress website from...wherever, I'd appreciate it. It has disappeared from the hosting that I've had through a friend of mine. I would appreciate any info/suggestions people have; Frontier is fine.

That would depend on the hosting company. You will have to contact the person who set it up.

Which reminds me, I need to find out how to back up the posts here. I used to be able to, but the hosting company changed plans.
