I am so grateful to my neighbor.  She came to the door this afternoon and asked me to come out to the street to my car.  She had been in her livingroom only to see a twenty something young man crouching down at the back of my car.  She came outside and told him that she saw him take my vehicle registration sticker off of my recently renewed license plate.  He denied doing anything wrong but she was giving him a hard time so he finally stuck the sticker back on the license plate and took off.  Someone else must have seen this happen because my neighbor and I were just about to call the sheriffs when they showed up.  When the thieff pulled the sticker off of my plate he took a lot of old stickers off as well and nothing will stick now.  I have the sticker in my glove compartment.  I hope AAA can give me another sticker.  My car now shows a 1911 sticker on the rear plate.
