Renovations!

If we update the house it will be in the 1.2M to 1.5M range if we want to sell.

House prices are insane around here.

I don't know about you, but we love working/improving our home. I won't say remodeling because we're more into keeping it in its original state.  The house was built in 1930 and is in great condition still.  Although us getting older makes the work a little harder and slower.

I spent two years in college working for room and board restoring parts of 1908 mansion.

Our house is plain split level entry, so for a reasonable investment in upgrading will have a significant return in value.
