So a UN investigator says Israel is an apartheid state. 

Does he think Israeli Arabs and "Palestinian" Arabs are different races? If not, any discrimination is based on national identity, not race, and is not apartheid.

If he wants to change the definition, then all countries are guilty of apartheid, making it a useless charge.

This guy calls the UN the "Ugly Nazi" and he is right.

The Israel hating administration is offering a bounty for Israeli human rights violations

How about a bounty for PA and Hamas human rights violations? Would probably cost too much
