My 40th will be in two years.  I went to one a while back---20th or 25th---and that was probably enough.  God knows who'd actually show up for a 40th reunion---besides, why would I want to go back to Chicago now?  Plus, the school's gotten a lot more woke---as what school hasn't?

That makes two of us---after reading your comment I re-calculated, and mine will be 50th.

By the way, if you get a chance to read SJ Perelman's short piece, "Reunion in Gehenna," about one of his high-school reunions, it's well worth the time.

My high school reunion was at some fancy place in Boston, and there is only one person I'd even want to see - and he wasn't there, based on the later reports. I didn't go.

Plus, the last I heard of that person, in some update from the school, was he had some good investments and retired early.
