We had a fierce thunderstorm blow through DC a few hours ago. Since then, we’ve had a combination of a spectacular orange and then red evening sky, while still getting amazing cloud to cloud lightning, that sometimes fills up a good portion of the sky; with the occasional dramatic cloud to ground bolt. A Spectacular display.

The thunderstorms here seemed to pass by the house, but where I work had to prepare for them.
