I have an idea for a Gilligan's Island reboot -

The Howells are in trouble with the IRS, so they make a deal with a Mexican cartel to hide out in Mexico, after it appears they sunk on a boat.

Another or maybe the same cartel has a deal with the Professor to set up a meth lab on an uncharted island.

The idea is they all go on some excursion boat which is sunk at sea, but the other passengers are rescued; The Howells get rescued and go to Mexico; the Professor gets his drug lab.

But the rescue boat gets sunk, and they all end up on the island.

Gilligan's Breaking Bad Island.
