I might not have time to post one for Wednesday. Morticia and I will be taking the kids to a mausoleum.

OK, tried to make an Addams family joke

In Monday's #19 Occasional Reader said: I hope. You guys are going full X-Files here. But you’re missing the big conspiracy theory story: where is Joe? Did he actually agree to stand down for a second term, or is he being held against his will?

Tucker Carlson said that he knew Biden had Parkinson's and/or dementia back in 2020. (If he knew then, why didn't he say anything?) The idea that Biden has ever been able to make any decisions on his own in the last four years is dubious. Therefore the idea of him actually acting as president is ridiculous.

I'm guessing the reason why we haven't seen him and don't have video of him stepping away from the race is that he is still talking like he's running and like he's in charge, further cementing that he isn't mentally competent to run or be president.

Biden is supposed to return to the White House around 2 to 2:30, so we'll see what happens then.

The next interesting thing is the number of people who say that if Biden cannot run for President for the next four year term, then he can't manage being president. Senator Eric Schmitt of Missouri is now calling for the cabinet to invoke the 25th amendment. He's not the only one, of course, but his is the latest name calling for it.

If you needed a demonstration of how incapable the Democrat side of the aisle is at running the federal government, I think this qualifies as a masters class. The number of people who now are seriously disturbed by the way Biden has handled this situation in the last month--and which really is a demonstration of how Biden's handlers have controlled things in the last month--should make everyone stand up and realize just how badly these people run government. Everything is managed by the seat of the pants.

Harris really doesn't sound like she's ready for a prime time role in politics. This article doesn't demonstrate any ability to manage being at the adult table.

Kim Cheatle has resigned, finally. I wonder who finally convinced her to do it.

Yep, it seems Cheatle has resigned.

Sure, that whole Butler, PA thing was a fiasco, but in fairness, I thought his acting was superb in Hotel Rwanda

The biggest "cope" I've seen so far from a Democrat friend regarding Harris, when I sent him a clip of Kamala's hilarious "the passage of time" verbal meandering, was the reply: "The repetition is commonly seen as a black pastor pattern of sermonizing, and can be found in song writing.  It can be an effective communication tool in speechwriting and delivery."

Oh.  Okay!  So Kamala is MLK now, or something.

Heh.

And, of course, I'm hearing (here in Deep Blue America) a lot of "historic first!" talking points; but they seem to lack enthusiasm.  Obviously, this is a very subjective assessment.

I'm really angry at the women who feel like they must support Harris because she is a woman. It's ridiculous and has absolutely no bearing on how she would govern as president. Please, people, act like adults and judge her based on her accomplishments (if you can find them) and her actions.

Crazy busy.... Kosh I got the rest of the weeks threads posted.

Kamala is going to be pitched as a messianic figure greater than the magic negro Obama.

You mean, judging people based on things like the content of their character?!

That's crazy white-supremacist talk!
