In yesterday's thread at #34 lucius septimius said: From what little I've seen of the ACB confirmation hearings, all I can say is that the Democrats are completely insane.
I can't decide if it is because they are so angry at Trump for selecting such a capable judge, or if they might be starting to realize that they might lose the election, despite all the work they've done to try and steal it. I keep praying about the election, but the media isn't going to do us any favors now or after.

Morning, campers.

Now this is a marvelous piece of propaganda.  This is ART.

Morning Sedition does a six-minute piece about "who Putin would prefer to win the election," comparing Trump and Biden, and it manages to do so without ONCE mentioning either the Russia-collusion hoax or the Ukraine/Burisma/bribes/Hunter Biden stories.

I would like someone at the ACB hearings to say, "Perhaps the Court will be more conservative in its rulings for the next few years. So what? That is what the Constitution plans and provides for, so that over time the overreaches of one political faction are balanced out by the other side, and those overreaches are later corrected in their turn. To demand that the Court remain static or fixed in one point of view or ideology does a disservice to the nation."

In any other election this revelation would be called a BOMBSHELL! In this one I’m afraid the media will effectively bury it, we’ll see what traction it gets. In my opinion the allegations must be true simply because of how vehemently Biden denies them when the voters bring the questions about them up. Snip

“Well, that’s not true. You’re saying things you do not know what you’re talking about,” the elder Biden responded.

“You’re a damn liar, man. That’s not true and no one has ever said that,” Biden fumed.

Prosecutor says we must ‘cleanse society’ of Trump supporters’ ‘diseased thinking’

A county prosecutor has again denigrated constituents, this time with the alarming claim that we must “cleanse society” of the “diseased thinking” of Trump supporters.

sland County prosecutor Greg Banks is notoriously anti-Trump. He spends a remarkable amount of time posting unhinged rants on his personal, public Facebook page. It’s become so bad that residents have repeatedly questioned whether or not conservatives would be treated fairly in his office or in court.

So the LLLeft wants everyone on the right judged for what they or their relatives say (as the guy who was fired because of something his wife put on FB discovered). I don't like the idea of going down this road, but we may have to if there is clear evidence of bias in the court system.

Of course, cf. Judge Sullivan's treatment of General Flynn on that score.

This people are warning us. Those of us who know the road are raising the alert.

Yet we are the ones call "racist" for using the white patriarchal lessons of history.

It is very scary watching history repeat.

Very much so. I've seen coworkers say some really ugly things about conservatives, not knowing there is one in their midst.

But while I've been tempted to move after the latest ugliness, I read something Sarah Hoyt posted: if we keep moving and ceding states to these leftists, we'll be lucky if we are left with one state of our own. Why should we have to give up and move? We need to push back. That's not easy for some of us to do; I'm very much the type of person who goes along to get along.

If the leftists succeed in getting us all moved to one state, I'm sure things will only go downhill from there.

In #16 JCM said: Uh-oh! ACB used a banned word! You know that terrible hateful work. Sexual Preference

"Sexual preference" was the preferred term of the gay-rights movement back when I was in college.  It was replaced, gradually, by "sexual "orientation" when the movement realized that it could not demand "rights" for a volitional "preference" and had to double down on that preference being somehow innate---something which has never been scientifically verified, of course.

The move from "preference" to "orientation" was part of the gay-rights movement's efforts to co-opt the mantle of the black civil rights movement---much to the initial annoyance of blacks.   The gay-rights movement used to style itself a "human rights movement," not a civil rights movement, which was accurate in that its adherents could not lay claim to having been denied any civil rights, and homosexuals were not a "protected class" in civil rights law.  The entire push for same-sex marriage, and the false equation of same-sex marriage with interracial marriage, were done for the purpose of giving the gay-rights movement a toehold in actual civil rights law.

And there is this from the NYP expose:

Photos of a Delaware federal subpoena given to The Post show that both the computer and hard drive were seized by the FBI in December, after the shop’s owner says he alerted the feds to their existence.

The FBI has been sitting on this information since December, they have been covering for Biden as well. The corrupt federal government is covering for him.

What bothers me more is that people won't even understand how these are not the actions of someone who can stand on the evidence. If the story is wrong, or faulty, or based on incomplete evidence, than FB and others should of course present that other evidence or proof of error. But they don't. I mean, we aren't suggesting that Hunter Biden is a lizard man.

People are not fooled. My TL is 90% people tweeting about the story itself or the censorship. I wouldn't be surprised if Tucker features it on his show tonight. Trump is likely to bring it up at one if his rallies. Then the MSM almost has to cover it. Remember,  the cover-up is worse than the crime.

The Feds can use it for charges of incitement to violence, riot etc....
