Morning, campers.

Thanks for the comments against SPSS. Alas, yes, it is still used, and some people demand that you use it. And despite the fact that there is an actual Windows interface now, there are still lots of good reasons to write it out in CODE. You can tell this was written by mainframe folks because of how obtuse it is. Nothing is easy. Nothing. Give me Mathematica any day.

Not to mention no double-decker busses and no blue telephone boxes.

It goes back to FORTRAN IV, if not FORTRAN II

At least they don't expect you to punch cards to use it.

Oh, I know. They still use F codes for formatting numbers. Total giveaway.

It continues to be gobsmacking. I keep thinking surely something is going to make this break through, but for those who are dedicated to watching the big MSM players, they seem very happy in their bubble.

"Gaslighting" is going to get progressively more difficult, given the increasing restrictions on fracking.

Believe it or not that's still considered a restricted weapon according to laws on the books. There's some firearms posted in that account that are jaw dropping insane.

Even in the People's Republic of Massachusetts, it isn't considered a firearm. Black powder weapons and weapons made before 1900 are not considered true firearms.

We keep a DSRV on the West Coast. It can be flown on a C5.

The bottle neck would be transferring from an airfield to a port in Indonesia.

12 hours to get it airborne.

10 hours flight time.

24 hours to get it to a ship to get it to the sinking site.

Depending on which port, that leaves 24 hours sailing time.

Really tight be do able.

If the sub has survivors and the actually position is known.

Well, that's true of more folks than just Saint Greta, but figuring that out requires thinking and that's too hard for these folks.

I’m still not sure if those things actually exist. The liquid rebreathers, I mean, not the mice.

Liquid rebreathing has been tested. It works, a couple Navy divers did it.

It is not very practical.

House approves bill that would admit Washington, D.C., as 51st state

By my reading that is unconstitutional.

Article I Section 8

To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States,

Key word cession, the Capital will be a cession of The States, Maryland and Virginia ceded a the land for D.C. Since it as cession of particular States, D.C. cannot be by definition a State.

Congress has the authority over D.C..... therefore it can't have a different authority.

Report on the Indonesian sub.

Crush depth is report as 700 ft., expect a 100% safety margin on that so say 1400 ft.

Water depth where they think it is... 2000 ft.

DSRV can handle 5000 ft.

Anti-racist super-progressive correct-thinking Progressives: It's totally normal for black people to resolve disagreements via knifings, or something, so there's no reason for police to intervene.

Maybe; or the resultant knifing murder of one, perhaps two black girls (and/or one murdered or grievously wounded by being repeated kicked by that other goon) would have been greeted with crickets by the MSM et al.  Just the way the react to the weekly butcher's bill coming out of, say, the south side of Chicago.

I'll bet if they had video of the cop standing there while the girl got stabbed.... they'd use it.

But it would have to have video.

Unlike the 7 year girl shot last weekend in Chicago. No video, of a cop doing nothing.
