Morning, everyone.

So......who do you want to believe? The Biden administration or the Trump Administration? Because this Australian media company has footage from Wuhan that predates COVID and shows live bats in the Wuhan laboratory

Note that Pompeo said they had a lot of evidence COVID is the result of a lab leak.

The Biden administration stopped the State Dep. research into it, and then started a new program probably run by China.

As for bats in the Wuhan lab, it is well known that they study bat viruses there. Even those who said it could not come from the lab admitted that bat viruses are studied there, and that means bats would be there.

Messed up schedule. Dog woke up and had to go out about 1/2 hour before the alarm.

And the local classical station is having their "membership drive". Today, you can get a 2 CD set of 51 Opera classics, "Aria 51"

It's bizarre that the WHO official cited in that video denied it to begin with.

Former CDC director is saying the same thing I said last March - how could COVID become so infective in people so quickly that there was no intermediate versions seen, unless it was engineered?

Redfield argued COVID-19’s efficient human-to-human spread contradicted the behavior of other deadly coronaviruses with similar profiles, such as SARS and MERS, which first reached humans through animal contact but spread at a much slower pace.

"When I said before that I didn't think it was biologically plausible that COVID-19 went from a bat to some unknown animal into man and now had become one of the most infectious viruses," Redfield said, "That's not consistent with how other coronaviruses have come into the human species. And, it does suggest that there's an alternative hypothesis that it went from a bat virus, got into a laboratory, where in the laboratory, it was taught, educated, it evolved, so that it became a virus that could efficiently transmit human to human."

"I'm just giving my best opinion as a virologist, and I don't think it's plausible that this virus went from a bat to an animal – we still don't know that animal – and then went into humans and immediately had learned how to be human-to-human transmissible to the point of now causing one of the greatest pandemics we've had in the history of the world," Redfield added.

So why was this not brought up back then? I can understand WHO hiding it; they have been under control of China, but why was Trump the only one saying it?

The other thing that video shows is that there were live bats in the lab, which is something else that was repeatedly denied. What I learned that was interesting to me was that the lab was actually constructed by the French, with the plan being a joint operation. And then the Chinese threw the French out and said allez-vous.

If you didn't believe that image is now more important than ability in public sector jobs, this is your wake-up call.

Well, that's not the other thing, but rather, the thing... that I was referring to.

Or as President-ish Biden would say, "the... thing!  You know, the thing."

Hey, I will call it the thing or the other thing as I so choose. I'm daring that way.

If you didn't already know that CRT supporters are evil racists who want to destroy American children, this should clarify matters.

I hope she sues and bankrupts the school system, the PR firm, and every member of the school board personally.

I wonder if it is possible to sue the school board to pay back to the city all the money spent on the PR firm out of their own pockets, as it is a misuse of taxpayer money to commit what is really fraud - hiring the PR firm to pretend to be citizens. And since it is fraud, lock them up, too.

Sovereign Immunity?

A law which needs revision.

My understanding is you have to prove gross negligence or criminality before suing a government agency.

Even then the individuals are protected, the taxpayers end up footing the bill.

These petty tyrants need to be made personally responsible. They should face jail time and loss of personal property for this behavior.

Sovereign immunity means that you can't sue the school board as such.  It does NOT mean that you can't sue them as individuals for their actions on the board.

If you look at lawsuits against the federal---or various state---governments, you will always see that the name of the lawsuit is Joe Citizen v. [name of official], not "name of the state" or "name of the state or federal agency."  The person---the attorney general, or whoever, is being sued personally to avoid the "sovereign immunity" issue.

Thanks.

The problem I see there is often the jurisdiction often defends the individual and pays out any liabilities incurred. While the individual is sued, they suffer no consequences. Often keeping their positions.

They committed fraud by hiring a PR firm to pretend to be citizens.

And yes, taxpayers should not foot the bill for criminal behavior, but that would require politicians to change the law.

Same holds true for the thousands of ballots that are missing in Mericopa County from the 2020 general election. Lots of shenanigans going on there.

The problem is even if we prove fraud in enough states to change the election it is a moot point.

There is no Constitutional remedy.

One Congress certifies the election... that is the final word.

The only Constitutional way to remove a President is Impeachment. We know that won't happen in a Pelosi House.

Or being found incompetent. I'm beginning to think they'll keep Biden as a figurehead, though, as long as they can hold him up and make him appear somewhat competent. Or just go deepfake; the media will go along.
