If it is "cultural appropriation," i.e., a non-Chinese going into a Chinese restaurant, then that's racist colonialism; if it is not "cultural appropriation," i.e., a non-Chinese choosing to not go into a Chinese restaurant, then that is clearly racist rejection of "the other," and therefore a manifestation of white supremacy.
