BTW, the printer that failed yesterday - Canon overnighted a replacement; due here by noon. Have to wait until evening to get help carrying into the house; will use a dolly to roll into the garage until then. Then repack the old one into the box, get it to the garage, and schedule a pickup. There will probably be a small charge for the pickup, but worth it not to have to lug the printer to a FedEx location

So they are sending a set of regular yield cartridges, which is sufficient to replace the set that we cannot use. And they sent a 743 instead of 733 because they didn't have a 733

My printer the document feeder jam sensor is broken. It thinks there is a jam in the feeder. And it won't print or copy with a jam.
