Wherever that is, may I please retire there?

Amalfi coast of southern Italy.  Not a bad place to retire, provided you had the money.

All three kids were being absolute pains this morning.  Oldest Boy is at his grandmothers but I suspect he was being a pain as well. Not sure what got into them, though I have my suspicions.

My day started with one computer that had been up showing the power up diagnostics saying they passed.

Then asked for bitlocker key, went to startup repair, failed, and I had a chat with Dell. System is not 2 months old.

They are sending me a new CMOS battery. We'll see

You're too young to retire.  I suggest you find a job there and just move early.  Problem solved; you're welcome.

I often say I should retire to the Living Computer History Museum as an exhibit.

Thanks.  Looks kind of like the Costa Brava, a place to which I would at least semi-seriously consider retiring.

That's why I said you'll have to find a JOB there!  Pay attention to the details, boy.

Visited my local public library this past weekend for the first time in years. Very nice place, though I was surprised to find Orwell’s “1984” misfiled under “fiction.” Being a good citizen, I rectified the oversight.

Don't really watch the Wheel of Fortune, but I love his twitter account!

Leftist press:  In order to save democracy, we have to never permit criticism of Joe Biden.

Maybe if they treated Resident Biden like they did Trump people would rally around him.  Seems like the more hate they heaped on Trump the more people loved him.  Well, some people at least, others didn't need gas poured on their fires, they hated him just fine on their own.

They keep using that word. I do not think it means what they think it means.

If they had treated Trump like any other president, instead of ginning up hatred and lies, he would have behaved like any other president. I will never understand what it is about him that sends so many people into a frothing rage.

It started the moment he came down the escalator.

IMAO he spoke plain truth against their emotional world view.

They reacted emotionally.

Well, I was able to pare down my Christmas card list this year at least.  One gal I have been friends with for 60 years wrote such a Trump hate filled Christmas letter last year you could almost feel the spittle flying off the page.  I was absolutely gob-smacked.  Gees, after 60 years you think you know a person, but I guess not.  Needless to say, I have nothing to say to her this year so off the list she went.
