In other news, Sheryl Atkisson's lawsuit against the federal government for spying is moving into discovery. This is good news, and I hope it isn't too late. Although in light of the information in my first comment, it might be.

Now, if they had a law forbidding blasphemy against all religions, it wouldn't work because it would forbid religious tenents that are blasphemous against others (eg in Christianity, Jesus is the Messiah, but not in Islam or Judaism, and all three of those religions have statements relative to Jesus that are blasphemous to the other two) But having a law that singles out one religion is blatantly unconstitutional.
