Apple and bacon on flatbread with some type of cheese.

I've got a flu bug, mild fever and body aches etc... enough symptoms for CDC to call it a covid case. Not getting tested because that doesn't matter. Unless for some reason it gets much, much worse.

I read somewhere, years ago, that there were states in the Midwest which allowed noncitizens to vote in local elections.

That was, however, some time in the late 19th century during the height of the great wave of legal immigration.
