I find myself wondering whether it was leaked:

To create sufficient social unrest in advance of its becoming official that the Justices might be persuaded to back off;

To provide a wave of popular support for the Biden regime to expand/pack the Court; 

To provide the Democrats with the shot-in-the-arm of outrage they desperately need to mobilize as we stumble towards the midterms; or

To give the predictably riotous Leftist outrage time to cool before the ruling becomes official at the start of the riot season.

I find the last possibility the least likely.

Lots of stink around the SCOTUS leak.

The left seems to have been remarkably prepared for the leak. Signs and ads already made up. People ready to protest etc...

Roberts we already know appears to bend to political and popular pressure.

I see nothing more than a blatant attempt to bully the Court.

There is also the thought that the entire "leak" could, in fact, be an out-and-out forgery, albeit a superb one.

Why not?  The Steele Dossier was forged.  Why not a supposed, unreleased, proto-Supreme Court opinion?

I take it these were preprinted signs you're referring to? I saw the news drop last night, but I've had my head down since then. I have no idea what is going on other than an expected DNC outrage machine going into high gear.

A and C.  B is just a tactic - there is no real likelihood of packing the court, but it's still red meat to the idiot left. And it's one of several means of accomplishing the other two.

As to the last, they don't think that far down the road.  I also don't think the Democrats really understand just how much ordinary folk are angered by the riots etc. They still think they are cool.

So two weeks ago I sent a draft of the course I'm working on to the decisionmaker. It's to teach the use of an iPad app for drawing floor plans. I built out the course as best I could without feedback - changes are pretty straightforward at that level. I spent several days creating images and videos to go with it, a very time-consuming and cumbersome process. TODAY I get an email informing me he was providing floor plans he wants me to use. They are far too complicated for the purpose of training and not in a useful format. 

I'm trying to explain why we should do it my way without alienating anyone but I am really, really annoyed. I am probably going to lose the argument because no one listens to me - what do I know, I'm just the instructional designer with 22 years of experience.
