mmmmm.... I going out on a limb. As this guy gets everything about him dug out, I suspect we'll find out he is a leftist and was not happy with the "progress' not being made.

First the article has the appeal to authority fallacy. Second it continues the scare mongering. Third it ignores basic immunology.

It says "Doctors" but doesn't name any or cite any papers. It does name a leftist activist, a moonbat by the name of Moon who runs... an ice cream shop. More COVID, OMGWEREALLGOINGTODIE, CDC has set it up so COVID can never go away. Between CLI, COVID Like Illness and there epicly loose definition of COVID. My spring allergy symptoms, are sufficient to get it classified as COVID. Every common cold and flu are being counted as COVID. The way the immune system works once you've been exposed to a specific virus you are immune. However variants with different binding proteins are not the same. So you can get different colds and different flus, but not the same one. With the loose definition of COVID every sniffle, cough, and sore throat is a "new wave" of COVID.

So damn sick, of this shit... and that "illness" is COVID too I gues.

COVID is becoming like the flu. As with most pathogens, the most dangerous strains die out or are strongly reduced; hosts that aren't well enough to spread the disease don't spread it, while mild cases spread and give at least some immunity to the more dangerous versions.

But they can't let a good crisis go to waste. I suspect they will say whatever strain of COVID is around next November to be so dangerous we need another lockdown, making mail-in ballots necessary.
