What have we theorized about the rising gas prices? That the rise is intentional to create a crisis so that there will be calls for Federal Intervention and that will in Federal control, allocation, and rationing. You're ability to get fuel will ultimately be tied to your social media score.

Start with a rebate card..... get people used to dependence on gov't for help with fuel.
