And last night they wanted me to use their remote access tool QuickAssist. OK; I closed anything I didn't want them to see. QuickAssist needed to be updated. Did so, and entered the code they gave. It had expired. Closed and reopened QuickAssist and it just kept trying to reconnect with the old code, so they told me where to download the update manually and I told them it would take a while and I'll have to reconnect.

Did try the manual download. As I expected, the installation also failed.
