Two of my old classmates from high school went to the "middle of nowhere, Nevada'" fishing.  One of them called out to his friend that he was not well but it was probably to late.  At least there was one fellow in the area who had the healthy guy use his satellite phone to try and get help.  It might be a nice thing to have.
