Very expensive day. And it's only going to get more so. On the other hand, when I come out the other side I will own a house free and clear (in addition to two cars owned free and clear). Moving costs and my new bed should be covered by the remains of my escrow account.

Meanwhile, I continue to fight doctors at every turn. Today's visit was a nice exception, as this one listens to me. If only we could duplicate such men.

So Denmark has stopped recommending COVID boosters of any kind, although people can request them, of course. This is the second or third (fourth? fifth?) country that has stopped recommending them. Meanwhile, here in the US the CDC wants to make the COVID booster a yearly thing. A friend mentioned to me she keeps having a reaction to her COVID booster, and I've suggested she stop taking them, but she resolutely believes the CDC knows what it is doing, even when stories come out that the CDC didn't do the data analysis they are mandated to do in their COVID vaccine reviews during rollout.
