So certain people not on this blog also believe that Michelle Obama is going to run for the president in 2024. Buzz, it was you who presented this theory, yes? It might be time to consider whether you can take a victory lap or not.

In #1 vxbush linked: … Michelle Obama is going to run for the president in 2024…
That would have been more likely a cycle or two ago, but how many people still care about her now? Unlike Senator Hillary, what's she done to keep herself in the public spotlight and surrounded by fat, drooling fans?

Well, things not looking great on that at the moment.  But; we still have nuclear weapons.

The USA team had done very well on possession; has had multiple shots on goal; and has not been able to actually score on a single... damn... one.

In #4 Occasional Reader said: But; we still have nuclear weapons.

But can we fit a nuckear weapon in a soccer ball? (Reference to some obscure SF story)

Actually, we probably could but it would not be a good idea to head the ball.

Well, thus endeth the ball game.  Oh, well.

Gaslighting is what the MInistry of Truth does.

Good news! Gas is down to $3.29 from the $2.00 when Biden took office!

And the chocolate ration has increased from 5 grams to 3

A history of the Black Hebrew Israelite movements and the different levels of hate in the various sects.

Some are hate-filled; others friendly with Jews and Israel.

And the article isn't that long.

I note that the less efficient winter blend gasoline results in a 7.5% or so decrease in mileage - so I burn that much more gas in the winter.

Difference: in summer, I was getting around 41-42 MPG; now it is closer to 38-39, for about 3 MPG.

(2017 Honda Fit in "eco" mode - if I need more power, I'll use the paddle shifters, which gives me a little more fun, but not as much as a manual transmission - and my commute involves no highway driving; 25-45 MPH speed limits. No traffic lights. Only have to wait at intersections maybe a minute or two total, usually < 1 minute.)
