I have now filed consumer complaints against ADT to the Mass. state and BBB

One selling point of our upgrade was phone app access.

I've spent hours on the phone trying to get it set up, and they have not been able to, and asked for payment to set it up. Supposedly refundable but they wanted payment before they could send an email confirming the refund.

THAT IS BAIT AND SWITCH.

And customer service sounded like a PA system on the subway on a bad day, completely incomprehensible, and then it hung up

20+ years ago when we first set up the system, they were fine.

Today, I am about to tell them to refund all the money since the 28th, take the equipment back and shove it up the behinds of all their executives.

The ONE person who was competent was the installer, and I'd give him references, no trouble.
