The question is, why balloons, given the Chinese have spy satellites? There is not a whole lot more info the balloons can get, given the risk. Wait, with Biden in office, there is no risk.

One possibility is dropping something - like COVID 23. That can't be done from a satellite.

Ordered dog food from Chewy at about 5:45 last night and the order arrived today about 10:30. That is fast.
