Kennedy's star has risen a lot over the two years of COVID as his book (possibly more than one, but I'm not positive) are flying off the shelves as he has documented a lot of harm coming from the vaccines that are mandated by government. A lot of anti-vaxxers have been listening to him and looking at evidence that the majority of people have quietly hidden in a closet.

The TikTok ban is not a TikTok ban.

Apparently the bill would punish USERS, with up to $1M and 20 years in prison for using a VPN to access "banned" platforms.

This bill appears to be not a national security bill, but a bill to be able to go after dissidents on electronic platforms.

If I remember correct, they were prioritizing based on perceived disparate impacts on people of color being more sick from COVID. We used to note health disparities based on race and assumed they were due to genetic differences,  but now that seems verboten. I'm wondering how they will argue that organ donation should also be race based.
