In the past, that alone would have gotten him removed from office I yield to none in my contempt for Biden, but "meddling in a foreign country" has hardly constituted grounds for impeachment of a POTUS in the past. Now, taking bribes to do so... maybe.

You publicly go to war, or you negotiate, but you don't do underhanded stuff.

Reply to Occasional Reader in 15: Removing Mosaddegh in Iran also kept Iran from falling into the Soviet orbit. The repercussions of that was one of the reason Rabbit Bait failed to support the Shah. Soviets having Iran, the Persian Gulf and a subsequent control of the Persian Gulf.... that would have been very bad indeed.
