I always forget about this, but then when it is brought up as you have, it seems so obviously true. They are waiting to see who pops up so they can either knock them back down or get rid of them, to ensure that they only have the subservient ones left that they can control completely.

This slaughter makes "ethnic cleansing" necessary - but not the kind Hamas wants. Relocation of Arabs, not extermination of Jews. Hamas is very open about what they want.
