I'll have to read that in a bit. I debated about sharing this yesterday, thinking that most on the conservative side of the aisle would run across this, but it's such a big deal I have to thank God Almighty that I'm not at this point, and I pray I never will be. The fact that the only ones calling for his removal because of incompetence are Republicans is a very sad day in the US.

On Wednesday, Biden claimed that his uncle Ambrose Finnegan crashed on an island in New Guinea and was eaten by cannibals.

“He got shot down in an area where there were a lot of cannibals at the time,” Biden initially told reporters. He was visiting a war memorial in his hometown of Scranton, Pa., that bears his uncle's name.

“They never recovered his body, but the government went back when I went down there and they checked and found some parts of the plane.”

It's a good story. Too bad it's not even close to the truth.

As Stephen Kruiser puts it, "One of the most galling results of the mainstream media's dereliction of duty is that every syllable that Donald Trump utters is fact-checked seven or eight thousand times, while Biden is given carte blanche to keep repeating stories that are truth-free garbage."

I highly recommend that everyone has some bottle water on hand, just in case this happens to their location: Who Is Attacking American Infrastructure?

Many of these infrastructure systems have been moved on to the Internet without having any understanding at all about security. Some of these systems are potentially wide open and are being targeted by bad actors.

A lead prosecutor on a case involving the CEO of an election software company has filed a government tort complaint against Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón for allegedly dismissing criminal charges improperly against the company executive for political purposes.

The prosecution of the head of an election software company used by election offices across the country that began in October 2022 was ended about a month later because of the Los Angeles County district attorney’s concerns about his political image, according to the lead prosecutor’s complaint against the DA.

On Wednesday, Eric Neff, a prosecutor in the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, filed a lawsuit against the DA for allegedly improperly dismissing criminal charges against Eugene Yu, the founder and CEO of the Michigan-based election software company Konnech.

In his complaint filed Wednesday, Neff noted that following Yu’s arrest, former President Donald Trump had encouraged Gascón in his prosecution of the CEO. This was apparently concerning to Gascón, who is known for his progressive soft-on-crime policies.

“On or about October 17, 2022, DA Gascon was overwhelmingly concerned that since he had inadvertently gained Mr. Trump’s support, the outlook of such support by prosecuting Mr. Yu would impact his stance and popularity politically,” according to Neff’s complaint.

To be a committed leftist, you can never, ever, ever, EVER show even a hint of reasonable to someone on the other side of politics.

Trump ally Sidney Powell secures legal victory in Texas appeals case

Powell was accused of bringing “frivolous” lawsuits in Wisconsin, Arizona, Georgia, and Michigan, in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election by alleging voter fraud. But a Texas court threw out the case last year after determining that the State Bar of Texas Commission for Lawyer Discipline provided no evidence to conclude that Powell had believed the lawsuits were “frivolous” at the time.

The ruling from the Fifth District Court of Appeals on Wednesday supported the court's previous ruling, claiming that even in their second attempt to punish Powell, the state bar had failed to provide sufficient evidence that she knowingly tried to overturn the election results.

“The Bar employed a ‘scattershot’ approach to the case, which left this court and the trial court ‘with the task of sorting through the argument to determine what issue ha[d] actually been raised,'” Justice Dennise Garcia wrote in the court’s 23-page ruling. “Having done so, the absence of competent summary judgment compels our conclusion that the Bar failed to meet its summary judgment burden.”

Similar to the Gulf War I. Iraq with a huge military, all the Soviet Tech and tactics was virtually helpless.
