If that is geek speak for "too many things assigned over the weekend for me to do Monday," then the answer is yes. Why are so many managers feeling like they have to work all weekend?

Morning Sedition featured a new documentary on "transgenderism" today.

Reading the material in the link is dizzying enough, but if you actually listen to the interview the amount of impenetrable nonsense jargon is truly mind-boggling.

It's a lyric from this song:

Based on an actual incident around 1979 when a teenage girl shot up a schoolyard.

Old deck torn out and hauled to the dump.

New deck framing is in.

I found muscles I forgot I had, and barked up two knuckles.

It is now three weeks and counting since the New York primary, and they're just starting to tabulate the results.

This is an indication that the "Election Night" results from the upcoming November election will probably be delivered by Santa Claus at the end of December.

Surely you cannot be impugning the operation of the system!  Andrew Cuomo and Bill deBlasio are behind it with every ounce of their integrity!

In a move towards "intersectionality," Uncle Ben has just been taken on by the makers of Ben-Gay liniment.

Apparently it's OK to be a black spokescharacter if you're a dirty old man engaging in same-sex rubdowns.

I am absolutely determined to have my CCW permit before Election Day; and as I think I've mentioned before, I'm seriously considering taking Little OR and spending a few days well away from DC or any other large cities for that day, and a few after that.

"“A great cat, indoor and outdoor, loved his family, loved his neighborhood. He was 18 and a half when he passed away,” Carol Tims told WAGA-TV." [emphasis added]

So, in fairness, the cat was of voting age.

Random observation: As of yesterday, the S&P 500 is down only 0.36%, compared to where it was at the start of the pandemic.  Which is quite amazing, IMHO.

I'm continually teaching my preschooler the concept of "consequences".  Here's a good example.

I get the impression that the mayor and the members of the city council were the sort of kids who'd have temper tantrums when the au paire was watching them, break their toys, and then mom and dad, who were so busy with their careers that they were never home, bought them a whole bunch of new ones.
