When leaders of two or more nations negotiate between each other, are they engaged in a transactional relationship?

is it now going to be illegal for a US President, particularly a Republican President, to engage in transactional discussions with foreign nations?

is there a significant difference between asking a foreign nation to investigate something, and threatening a foreign nation with loss of funds if they don’t stop an investigation into a Vice Presidents son’s money corruption enterprise?

The whole whistleblower, leak about Trump improperly promising stuff to a foreign leader was just another chapter in the Russian Collusion hoax.

It all part of covering up Obama / now Biden / Clinton corruption while in office and running in '16.

I finish up grading the class this weekend, then I can get to improve this blog.

First two items:

Announcement on the main page of things like "Will be updating the site at such and such a time" and new features.

Password reset (probably have to be done by an administrator, that is email me)

Be able to fill in 2nd registration screen later, for those who forgot to the first time

Oh, and I will probably give the site a permanent URL, and when I do, self-registration will be over. It will take an admin to register someone.
