Holman Jenkins had a very good rejoinder in this morning's WSJ.  This is not going to end the way that the leftards think.  And I wouldn't at all be surprised if in the midst of this the IG report comes down liking the "Russian Probe" back to Obama.  Trump has been daring them to do this for weeks; my read of him that he knows that he has, as it were, a trump card in his hand.

Meanwhile Peggy Noonan is sure that Pelosi must really have the goods this time because Pelosi is a seasoned politician yada yada yada.  I think Peggy gives Blinky too much credit.

This will end up with the Democrats losing  much of the US. Get 30-40 miles outside Boston, and the Trump signs outnumber those for Democrats (not that there are many for either this early, but this was true last election).

The Dem bastions have been lost to Republicans (except Rinos) for years, anyway.

Maybe there is something about being in a densely populated area like a big city that makes one lose common sense and follow the herd, like overcrowded lemmings.
