A lot of colleges and universities have been looking to find software to help them proctor students taking tests remotely and online, and a lot have gone with ProctorTrack. That may not have been such a great idea, apparently..... The online proctoring service ProctorTrack has disabled access to their service after its parent company was hacked.

The big story today is the New York Post's article on a laptop that was supposedly Hunter Biden's that had damaging photos and text messages on it--but the bigger story is the outright censorship that Twitter and Facebook have done in an effort to prevent this story from gaining traction. Their actions have caused to increase the coverage for this issue. Very few people have noticed that the Biden campaign has not denied the allegations as far as I have seen.

Reply to turn in 4: If the idea here was to limit the number of people who see the New York Post article, Facebook and Twitter likely just accomplished the opposite. Nothing makes people want to look more than being told they are not supposed to.

Reply to vxbush in 3: There's another story today about Hunter's dealings with China that is arguably even worse. Twitter has that restricted too, but it is accessible via a link at the bottom of the warning. IMO if Big Tech and the rest of the media are going to such lengths to hide it, it's 99% likely to be true and is very damaging. Trump mentioned the story and the censorship in Iowa last night. He and Biden have dueling town halls tonight. I predict no one will ask Joe about Hunter and they'll ask Trump about nothing else

Daniel Greenfield (via Insty) The Coronavirus Experts Were Wrong, Now They Need Scapegoats~snip~ The lockdowns don’t exist anymore as a prophylactic policy, but as a political vendetta. The more people die, the more businesses are ruined, the more everyone suffers, the more vicious the vendetta grows as it hunts for scapegoats, political and religious, for the great error of terror.

BREAKING NEWS!

No link yet. WA voters passed a ballot measure to limit vehicle registration taxes. The State Supreme Court just ruled int Unconstitutional. Reasons: incorrect ballot title. Ballot titles are written by the State Attorney General, who opposed this measure. Reason: Violated the single subject rule. The gun control measure definitely contained 22 subjects but the court ruled that was fine. Washington State is Officially Lawless.

Consider this, The media attempting to brury the Biden story. The gov't over reach on covid. Distrust of the media is growing. Distrust of government is growing. My sense is Trump is going to win well beyond the left's fraud. This could be the inflection point and a swing back to centrism and a reshuffle of the media and gov't structures.

Reply to JCM in 17: I tend to agree. I think the left has gone too far and there's a massive backlash. There are plenty of people who loathe Trump and won't vote for him, but they may not vote for Biden either. And if they stay home, many of the down ticket Democrats are toast.

Reply to doppelganglander in 20: There was a post election analysis after the last election. The difference in the 5 key states, FL, PA, OH, WI and IA was voters who disliked Trump, but voted for him. Something like 18 percent. They appear in polling as HRC votes. I think, assume, that is even stronger now. People who don't like Trump, but have even greater fear of the left. Then another "new" demographic. Call them "The Canceled" those who are too afraid to publicly express they are vote for Trump, or more importantly voting against the left. That last group I suspect is quite large.

Reply to buzzsawmonkey in 38: OK, Facebook - you are now officially a Jew-hate platform, considering a blood libel to be acceptable Time for all the Jews in the world to sue Facebook Last week I reported that a director at Gaza's Ministry of Education had written an essay "proving" that Jews use the blood of gentiles in their Passover matzoh. The writer, Dr. Nasser Al-Yafawi, also posted the essay on his Facebook page. So I reported it to Facebook, because things don't get more antisemitic than this. Apparently, Facebook thinks that Jews saying that the blood libel is a lie is an adequate response to educate people. It is as if a Facebook user would falsely accuse someone ele of being a rapist and Facebook telling the accused that they are free to write that they are innocent, and let the marketplace of ideas figure out who is telling the truth. There is a reason it is called a "blood libel." But apparently libel is not a violation of Facebook community standards.
