Lucky me! Turned all the clocks back an hour yesterday except the bedroom one. Yippee, I gained an extra hour today too. I'm seriously considering not changing the bedroom clock. It could be nice to get that extra hour every morning.

I got up with my alarm, which automatically changes the time, and then went into the living room and started using the clock on the wall that doesn't automatically update. I was so confused for a while there, trying to figure out how I had spent an hour sitting on the sofa reading the news. Morning, campers. Those of you of a praying sort, please start praying today, if you haven't already, for tomorrow's vote.

Good morning, everyone! My new granddaughter arrived at 1:46 a.m. GMT this morning! Her name is Rose Joy and she is gorgeous. I'm awaiting further information on weight, etc., but mother and baby are doing very well.

Good morning. Both local news stations had segments covering the boarding up of local businesses in preparation for the outcome of the election. This is such a sad state of affairs, how quickly the rule of law has seemingly lost all control in society, and especially in the cities run by Democrats, such as my home town. Trump must do all he can to restore law and order during his next term and rid this nation of the leftist agitators, and their handlers, behind this unrest.

You know, I don't think I received a single phone call from the Biden campaign yet. I have gotten probably what seems like 1,000 calls in the last month from the Trump campaign, but nothing from Joe. Donald has called, Ivanka, Don Jr, Kimberly, Eric, Mike Pence and countless people I've never even heard of before, but not one call from Joe. I have to tell you, I'm a little hurt by this. I just don't know how I could ever vote for Joe after being so rudely snubbed by him and people. I mean, what's he been doing in his basement all these months? He's had time to call. It's like he doesn't even want to win this election. Well, he's lost my vote, that's for sure.///

Reply to Alice in Dairyland in 36: We're not getting calls at all. I had two text messages, one for a survey and one for one of the ballot questions (vote no for ranked choice voting). I marked both as spam and deleted them. I think no presidential candidate is spending any money on Massachusetts. Now, last time, the town I lived in did have a plurality for Clinton, but that was due to Gary Johnson (Libertarian) being a spoiler - Trump + Johnson got more votes total than Clinton, even if you add the Green Party votes to Clinton's.
I suspect it will be different this time, with Trump winning the town, not that it will matter in the state's results.
