Morning, campers. Just dropping in quickly to let everyone know I'm still alive. Family emergency is mostly over, but today is cleanup day, if you will. My goal is try and get the house back in order as well as all the appointments that need to be made. I'll try to read later.

So today I should break my usual habit of NOT doing so, and rather buy a Powerball lottery ticket and a Megamillions ticket; given that Little OR and I found not just one, but three four-leaf clovers during our morning walk (I saw the first one, he spotted the other two).

Reply to Occasional Reader in 12: The press believes anything the Palestinians tell them, and refuse to admit their errors even when they are proven wrong. For one thing, Hamas and the PA would kill their "reporters" or at least throw them out. For another, they prefer the Palis to the Jews.
There is a video of a "funeral" in Gaza recently that includes a warning siren and everyone - pallbearers and "corpse" go running to safety.

Hamas has fired hundreds of rockets at Israel, with Jews in Jerusalem and elsewhere huddling in air raid shelters.
As they have for decades now, Palestinian terrorists use the anti-Israel Western media to their advantage by inventing Israeli “war crimes” where they don’t exist in order to help cast Israelis as Nazis.
One incredible example of this, which the “news” cameras (deliberately) missed, was caught on video. It shows a funeral procession passed by a row of houses with several men carrying a supposedly dead member of their family who had apparently been killed by Israel’s counter-terrorism efforts. As the air raid sirens sound, however, all of the pallbearers scattered — including the “dead” man on the stretcher.
This may sound amusing, but it is precisely how Hamas tries to poison Western minds and cast Israel as the brutal aggressor. And this is why we have to fight back.
Israel is under attack as it has not been since Operation Protective Edge in 2014. And the tactics have barely changed. | |
