Israel should pass a law that any money being sent to Gaza can be seized by those damaged by the rockets as compensation, until all claims are satisfied.

And any material that can be used in weapons must be chemically fingerprinted, with some chemicals added. Should those materials be found in weapons used against Israel, the organizations supplying them can be charged with terrorism.

And any countries sending anything can only do so after waiving diplomatic immunity for those activities.
