Reminds me of the time I was at the dermatologist some years back, and she was about to use a laser device that was dangling from the ceiling, in order to remove a small blemish on my face (a procedure which worked very well).  As she was reclining my chair under the laser apparatus, I asked, in my best Sean Connery brogue, "do you exshpect me to talk?" 

Sadly, she didn't get it.
