I do find the taskbar, where the start menu is to the left of the expanding taskbar instead of at the far left, a bit disconcerting at times, but I usually run applications that aren't already pinned to the taskbar by pressing Windows and typing the name of the application, and that works the same.

But you know there will be some people who will declare that this is a WINDOWS KILLER and someone will have to provide a workaround. Because change is bad.

Morning, campers. Nothing like coming in to work to find the carpet soaking wet from the radiator.

Apparently US Space Force personnel are referred to as "Guardians"

So, are they Guardians of the Galaxy?/

So how is building maintenance there? Will it turn to mold before someone comes to fix it?

Everything isn't terrible, but cats and dogs sleeping together might be the sign of the apocalypse.

They're actually pretty good. They were here yesterday trying to fix it, but I had turned off the radiator thinking it was the source. Consequently they couldn't figure out where the water was coming from. Well today, I have a proof. The spot is huge now.

ROTFLMAO. I knew it looked weird, but I didn't think of it that way! Now we just need to get some murder scene tape.

And unexpectedly, the computer Dell was fixing arrived - my first indication was email from UPS saying that I had a package arriving.

Now I have to test it and get everything reinstalled on it

It was the first I found; the thread started without a picture, and I wanted it up before anyone else showed up

Maybe it was carried out by an egg white supremacist?

We could try to track down that network, but they usually operate using shell corporations.

They're often inspired by Nazi ideology; they're rather German-al in that sense.

Once again, the Left sees "Harrison Bergeron" as a how-to manual, rather than a cautionary tale.

(However, as someone at Insty pointed out; in "Harrison Bergeron", the goal was actually "equality", however absurd.  In this case, the goal is simply to hide failure.)

Eggs-traordinary students need not apply.
