Wow, woke up to about 10-12 inches of fresh snow. Guess what I have planned for the rest of the day?

Reply to Alice in Dairyland in 1: Well, you could hire a professional, who might sing "There's No Business Like Snow Business" while he worked./

Defense Min. Benny Gantz presents Iran attack timeline to US officials MIAMI - Defense Minister Benny Gantz updated the Americans on Thursday that he has set a deadline for when the IDF will need to complete preparations for an attack against Iran. A senior diplomatic source said on Friday that the Americans did not voice opposition to the Israeli preparations when presented with the date by Gantz. “There was no veto,” the source said. So did this get leaked to Iran yet?

why is the story even in the press? One hopes that this is a very deliberate “leak” by the Israelis.

Reply to Occasional Reader in 6: Gantz and Bennet are sucking up to Biden. They are stupid. Afghanistan was not that long ago. Israel does not want US soldiers, but is dependent on US weapons, which gives the US veto power over their actions. The Obama administration leaked attack plans to Iran. If I were running Israel, I'd give the US incorrect information, and attack Iran sooner. "Sorry, new information came in and we had to attack."

When enjoying bar food at “the anchor bar“, in Buffalo, New York, you should definitely deploy a wing attack plan.

So the local post office is out of holiday stamps (except for Kwanza) They're suggesting "Otters in the snow" as a substitute, and that's what we got. They otter have known they'd need more holiday stamps.

Our town is quite small, too. Small enough that the regular workers at the post office know you.

Reply to Kosh's Shadow in 16: I used to know a few of them but not the ones they have now. I also drop off a lot of my outgoing mail at a tiny USPS inside of a drug store/gift store. It's easier to park there.
