"Twister" needs to be re-done as "Dr. Fauci Twister," with mask mandates, testing, vaccination passports, and social distancing each assigned to one of the four colors on the "Twister" board.

Good afternoon, campers. Doing a lot of paperwork for home stuff, but I did see that the New York Supreme Court told the New York Times to return all illegally obtained attorney-client privileged documents back to Project Veritas and also required that the destroy any digital versions that they may have in their position. OR, looks like the court ruled correctly. The bigger question is: is there any way to ensure that the Times will actually do this?

Jolly old Ron Karenga, Marxist to the core, Torturer and murderer, Academic wh*re, Hit upon a plan to make His ideas hold sway; And invented the brand new Kwanzaa holiday Every night a candle's lit And in Swahili Those observing celebrate Marxist hegemony To isolate their hearts from The land where they live To dwell on past grievances And to not forgive One can only hope blacks are Mostly too abashed To heed Ron Karenga and His concocted trash And rather than follow him Into endless night They'll reject Ron Karenga And his Kwanzaa rites

Just got yelled at by the Amtrak conductor because I wasn’t drinking *quite* “actively” enough to justify my mask being off. We have lost our minds as a society.

Just saw a story on MSN about how Amy Schneider is now the highest scoring woman on Jeopardy. All I could think of is really? Is "she" really? I won't link to the story, it's not that important to read, but here's another women's record broken by a man. I know knowledge-based competitions are not the same as physical, but it still bugged me. I look forward to the day when 20-year-old guys get to play Little League again because they identify as an 8-year-old. Bet they'll break all the records then!

No rhyme or reason the the taxi stand, if you can even call that, at NY Penn/Moynihan. Total chaos. WTF? Anyway, Little OR and I prevailed and are now departing from GCT.

So I accidently deleted the audio for one day's worth of video and discovered that the work I've done today - six hours worth - is crap and has to be done over again. I had hoped to have all the raw video to finish this project ready today to take with me when I go to Florida but no luck. I'm exhausted and honestly am beginning to feel like I just can't do this -- that all the work that I've done (and that I have nothing to show for) has been an immense waste of time.

Reply to lucius septimius in 24: This is why every time I get something even not so significant done, I back it up. Depending on the software, there might be a way to recover. If inside an editor, undo works until you close it. Recycle bin is somewhere else to check.

No way to recover. The problem is the hardware which has very limited storage capacity. I thought I had everything backed up but I was deceived by the time stamps on the files. The work I did today, the hardware has a maximum time limit so it was splitting up files -- I'd never see it do that before.
It's my own damn fault for not paying closer attention when I was clearing the storage, but it still makes me mad. I'm so strung out right now I can't think straight. I tried to redo what was messed up but just gave up.

And now the cocksuckers who run the school district (the same anti-Semitic whore who was assistant superintendent of NYC schools a couple of years ago) is going to make the kids go back to virtual school because of Covid. These people need to be skinned alive.

Reply to lucius septimius in 26: 2 TB external drives are only around $60. I have one on most of my systems, plus a Buffalo 720 4 TB NAS (network attached storage) device - 4 TB RAID 1, so if i a drive fails, data is not lost. I try to run a professional system here, since my wife relies on it too. I've been using computers too many years to trust them.
