I spent the morning running around.  My Jeep is in the shop - again - as they try to figure out why the AC still doesn't work after I spent $1300 to get it fixed a couple weeks ago. No idea when I'll get it back.  Part of me wonders whether all the money I spent the last time was for things I didn't need because the original problem was never corrected.

Came home, started laundry and saw there was another offer on the house.  This one, though still low, is worthy of serious consideration but I'm waiting for my realtor to call back.  I'm at the stage where I have to weigh the benefits of spending God knows how much to have a tree service come in and then possibly attorney fees vs. accepting ~40K less and having to pay more out of pocket for wherever I might move to.
