The big move was yesterday - all the furniture and most of the rest of the stuff.  Today I need to go back to the old place and start cleaning out the attic.  It's amazing how much bigger this place is.

Make sure you dispose of the bodies in the crawlspace. Otherwise, that could get awkward.

Seriously, congratulations.

Crawlspace? I bury mine in the basement! I supposed to stash them in the crawlspace?

Hey, my back yard is big enough for a small cemetery, but there are nosy neighbors who would notice any digging activity in the middle of the night.

Yesterday, Kosh wrote:

I just have to remember to turn off Apple Music after the free period ends.

Yeah, I never have any luck with that; I'll put a reminder on the calendar right before the renewal, and I still miss the reminders and end up getting charged.

No, but to be honest I don't mind paying for one. I've used Macs for so long, my brain thinks in Mac. And I can do so much on them.....

Yesterday I might have agreed with you. Yesterday was a bad day. Today, everything has actually worked, even if it's still taking me twice as long to get things done because of stupid human tricks.

After all this moving it would be nice.  I might try out the whirlpool tub later - I'm pretty sore.

The biggest chore is going to be the kitchen.  It's bigger but the cabinet layout is sub-optimal. I may need to add a couple shelves here and there (I had to do that at my last house). Most kitchens aren't designed for people who actually cook.  But I have a gas stove, and about three times the space.

I also set up a new frontier thread. Time for a new one.

I'm one of those people.  I could get by with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, two cabinets (one for dishes/one for food) and some drawers.  Don't even really need a table in there either.

Congratulations on your new home.  I hope you find happiness there.  Did you stay in the same city or change locations/states?

It is interesting that I am a better cook than my wife. Or my mother. (I taught my mother about spices)

There was a bit posted here a while back that "Ashkenazi family don’t notice they have coronavirus; foods been tasteless for years" but the original site is gone.

I'm lucky, my husband doesn't almost all of our cooking also.  My mother once told him he it was a good thing he like to cook.  He told her it wasn't that he liked to cook as much as he liked to eat.  I do the dishes and set the table at least.
